Description
My client, a leading consultancy, requires a SC Cleared Monitoring Engineer to help their client monitor their IT environments effectively and powerfully on a 24x7x365 on-call basis. You can work remotely on this contract.
You will work as an IT infrastructure monitoring specialist who understands IT Service Management (ITSM) to ensure effective monitoring is addressed from both directions, regardless of technology & tools. Skilled in monitoring tools strategy, design, consultancy, gap analysis, installation, configuration, rollout, documentation, support, message reduction, message refinement, policy standardisation, health checks, training, license management & more.
Applicants must have extensive experience as a Monitoring Operation Engineer within the IT stack/operation for large corporate clients and It is also vital that applicants hold current SC level security clearance and with experience in the Telecoms sector.
