Node JavaScript Role Available. - Remote position work from home.
You will be joining an insurance company focused on changing an archaic industry with innovative technology solutions, helping to migrate into a microservices framework.
Responsibilities for the Node JS role:
- Productising our existing platform
- Experience in Node 6 and higher
-API Knowledge
- Designing and developing new features
- Working collaboratively to tackle complex problems
- Estimating and planning development tasks
- Advising on feasibility and complexity of potential features
- Identifying and implementing improvements for reliability, scalability, and performance
- Finding efficient ways to meet key business objectives
- You are a good communicator, excellent problem solver, quick learner, and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Technical experience (not all are required)
- A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- JavaScript ES6
- NodeJS
- Knowledge of CI CD Pipelines
- Jenkins
- Unix-based development environments
- Writing automated tests
