Job title: Transformational Change Manager - IT/Technology Driven Business Change

Do you have experience leading IT/Technology led business change and have you helped clients develop an Agile mindset and behaviours?
I'm recruiting on behalf of a global energies company in London for a Transformational Change Manager to act as a senior member on change programmes, engaging with senior leader and execs to drive the change agenda. The role is required to deploy measurable change management interventions and initiatives, often in an Agile context.
Using your end to end change management expertise, you will help build change management and integrated transformation change plans, and manage delivery against these. Partnering with other departments (IC, OD, Learning) you will deliver high quality change management interventions.
Using your expertise in change management methods and understand of Agile and its impact on the management of change, you will ensure change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects.
