IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

You will be reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader/Manager, the Service Desk Analyst is a highly customer focused
and visible role requiring excellent first line and application support skills.

Skills required

- Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
- Microsoft Office 2010 and above
- Exchange Online
- VPN solutions
- Mobile Devices and Mobile Device Management solutions
- Printing solutions (desktop and MFD)
- Active Directory
- Encryption software
