Trainer/Learning Manager - Issuing projects; BPP GO, Apple Pay and Mobile AppBrookwood is seeking a Trainer/Learning Manager for a financial consultancy.
The contract is remote to begin with and then based in Northampton for 6 months initially + possible extensions.
The day rate is £345 UMBRELLA, Inside IR35.
We are seeking atrainer to support with the development of training material and training delivery of Issuing projects; BPP GO, Apple Pay and Mobile App.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and improving management information so reports on regulated staff's Training & Compliance status can be quickly and easily produced
Ensuring all internal and regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on time
Monitoring and acting upon concerns and/or training needs identified in regulated staff's training and competency records
Understanding and maintaining knowledge of the regulatory environment (FSA/ICAEW and others where required), the associated professional/accredited bodies and how the changes affect the business
Where appropriate working together with other members of the L&D team to address concerns and or training needs identified or changes resulting from regulation
