IT Trainer - Finance Systems - Legal - Remote
An IT Trainer is required on a contract basis to work on a new software implementation rollout to design training documents, eLearning and delivering remote training sessions pre and post go-live.
Requirements:
  • Finance systems training experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and collections
  • Ability to create interactive eLearning sessions using Articulate
  • Experience with designing and delivering learning solutions to international companies who have multiple offices for large scale implementations
  • Ability to working well in teams and be an active team member
  • Ability to learn quickly and be proactive in self-development
  • Ability to learn then follow firm procedures
  • Adaptable training style to suite different groups/abilities
  • Flexibility in working
  • Proven track record to meet tight deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Finance experience and knowledge in 3E or other Practice Management systems 3E and/or Chrome River (or other Expense/invoice systems)
Desirable:
  • Legal finance knowledge or equivalent, for example knowledge of Client Money
  • Experience using Camtasia
Overall the emphasis is on the E-learning.
This role can be office based or remote.
