My client, a large system integrator, is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant for a 12 month contract based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Process consultant to lead workshops with Client on how to optimize and utilize ServiceNow workflows.
Certified Implementation Specialist in ServiceNow Customer Service Management is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in execution in ServiceNow business solution areas.
The ideal candidate will have good experience in Customer Service Management, case management and self-service.
