Title: Infrastructure Process Improvement Analyst
Duration: Through - May be a remote candidate
Years of experience: 8-10+ years
Manager Notes:
- Would like a technical person that knows about PC server and patch management; candidates need to have worked on a Server and/or Infrastructure team-prefer an infrastructure or Desktop Management background
- The client Servers and computers need to be patched monthly-security and software patches on the PC's and this person needs to automate this process instead of using the tool they are currently using to update patches
- Experience determining issues client is having with the tool when patching the Servers and computers, how is tool configured for the release
- Experience determining what is wrong with their process, how should it work, evaluate the process, identify gaps and ask questions such as "Why are we doing it this way, here is how we should be doing it"
- Look at current processes and identify gaps and issues
- Help implement process improvements to make things more efficient
- Good documentation skills
- Would like a person that has a server or desktop engineer background or has worked very closely with it so they have a good understanding of infrastructure
- Put process in place
- Good analysis skills
- They use SCCM currently
