Position: Remote 2nd Line Engineer
Location: Remote/Home Working
Contract: £100pd/5 Months
A world leading scientific research company and supplier of analytical instruments are looking for a conscientious, dependable and customer centric IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd line) to join their growing team. Initially a temporary position with the scope to term into permanent employment at the end of the contract.
What you will need:
- Experienced in 2nd line Support
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, GPO and SCCM.
- Experienced in support Mobile devices, desk phones, printers and other peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of networks and troubleshooting
- Task Management
- Well-spoken and clear communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work on projects with limited supervision
