Description
A leading private sector organisation based in Coimbra, Portugal are looking for an IT Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract, paying between €400p/d - €500p/d. This is a really exciting opportunity with a mix of on-site and remote working, therefore would need to be near Coimbra each week.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the business with change management activities related to company integration and work closely with other integration workstream leads to assist with the delivery of objectives.
- Work at all times with the utmost levels of discretion and attendance to information security reflecting the highly sensitive nature of the information related to this type of work.
- Responsible for project budgets in the region of €1-5M.
- Responsible for accurate gathering and analysis of critical information supporting projects.
- Experience in creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans; prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with teams in multiple time zones.
Key skills & experience:
- Must have experience working on integration projects.
- Must have experience working in highly regulated environments.
- Experience managing full life cycle technical projects or programs of an increasingly large and complex scale.
- Strong partner and vendor management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience is critical.
