Description

A leading bank in the Netherlands is looking for an Senior Software Engineer. The person must be at an expert level to be considered for this role. They want an experienced software engineer who is able to build a technical structure focused on scalability and rapid growth and can transform an idea into technical reality. You will be working on an innovation team within one of the biggest banks in the Netherlands!

Requirements:

  • 10+ years software development experience
  • Experience building data heavy B2B platform applications and/or data rooms
  • Experience in software architecture, design, (Web) - development, security, testing and system integration
  • Understanding of DLT technologies like Corda
  • Experience with 3rd party REST APIs integration and system integration
  • Experience with at least one OO programming language on the JVM stack, such as Java and at least one functional programming language
  • Experience in Front End development in HTML/CSS/JS and at least one modern JavaScript framework such as AngularJS
  • Dutch language preferred; Netherlands based preferred

The role:

  • A full time (36 hour workweek) project position for a Short Term Assignment
  • Open, informal, international and fun working environment, both from our office space at the bank and remote
