DIGITAL MARKETING - CONTRACT
We are looking for someone to join us on a 3 month, 3 days per week contract to drive our online sales this Christmas season.
Willie's Cacao craft makes some of the best chocolate in the world, 'bean to bar' from the world's great single estate cacaos and 100% natural ingredients. This is real chocolate and you really can taste the difference. Willie himself is a cocoa farmer with a farm in Venezuela, so we buy our beans direct from the farmers at a higher premium than fair trade.
The role
Our aim is to dramatically increase sales from our website this Christmas, with the main focus being on SEO optimisation, google ads and optimising the website.
- Creating data driven plans to drive traffic to our website, creating a co-ordinated plan across all channels
- SEO optimisation to increase organic traffic .
- Optimising the performance of the website and the customer journey within it.
- Developing and optimising a google ads campaign
- Developing creative and successful collaborations with other brands and influencers.
- Planning Mailchimp campaigns
- Co-ordinating a content plan. Most of the creation will be done by other people but this needs to be made to happen.
- Tracking performance and conversion rates of different activities and optimising. Managing spend and improving ROI.
We are looking for someone with broad digital marketing experience
- A proven track record in B2C digital marketing.
- Experience of driving B2C online sales.
- It would be ideal if you had worked for a similar challenger food / drink company, but not necessary.
- Particular experience of WooCommerce, Google analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, brand and influencer collaborations
- Strong analysis and excel skills.
- Energetic, active and ambitious. Organised enough to juggle lots of projects. High personal standards and attention to detail.
- You may have a digital marketing degree or you could have learnt on the job with c. 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
