Description

Our client are a large local government organisation and are looking for an experience Information Officer to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and support the maintenance, administration and improvement of the West Berkshire Council website and other information systems.

You will also be required to lead on writing and reviewing online content online content, giving advice on its creation with respect to best practice by ensuring it is accurate, professional and customer-focused and e nsure website and Intranet content remains curren t and working with service delivery teams, update or delete where necessary.

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Information professional with experience in the creation and man agement of content for websites as well as e xperience in using a web content management system. You will also have e xperience in using Google Analytics to monitor, interpret, report upon and improve website performance.
