QA Manager, Salesforce, Salesforce Certified, Agile, JIRA, Automation

Highly experienced Salesforce QA manager (C1, C2) required by large Salesforce partner, who has managed large, complex Salesforce projects in Agile delivery model.

Responsibilities:

  • Define In Sprint test model, PO sign offs, Sprint exit reports and ensure it is followed.
  • Must have successfully achieved in sprint automation.
  • Test data and integration test strategy definition
  • Must be able to clearly articulate the test report
  • Proactively call out the risks, highlight blockers, suggest options/work arounds, who needs to do what and drive the issue to resolution.
  • In adverse situation, must stand up as a leader and put forward recommendations and options with level of risk, preferred way forward.
  • Independently generate reports from Jira and ALM
  • Must be in full control of the test scope, ensure QA process of coverage signoff, effectiveness of info on bugs and test scenarios
  • Onshore and Offshore team structure, roles and responsibilities must be clearly defined.

Required:

  • 12+ years of experience in QA, managing large end to end Software application testing/test development projects. (Prefer C1/C2 Band relevant experience).
  • QA Manager should possess Effective communication, Articulation, Analytical, Problem solving, Decision making and Negotiation skills
  • Certification in Salesforce Specialist/Testing/Administration/Service Cloud would be beneficial or 6-8 years of Salesforce experience along with exclusive QA experience.
  • Should be adept in Agile/Scrum project delivery models
  • Very good knowledge of Test management tools like ALM, Jira or similar tools is required.
  • Should have knowledge on automation tools to guide on salesforce automation
