We are currently looking for a Factory Planning Training Consultant, initially 6 month contract:
Job Summary
The Training Consultant role is primarily responsible for the development of Factory Planning related training materials, ensuring that these are fit for purpose to provide Power Users and End Users with the knowledge and skills required to operate new processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and validate the training curriculum and course outlines for Factory Planning training modules detailing; what the course covers, the objectives, the target audience, the delivery style and the duration of the session.
- Develop the following Training Materials working with project documentation such a Fit/Gap materials, Blueprint documentation, functional specifications and the relevant business experts:
- Develop concept slides with end to end process to guide classroom delivery
- Develop Exercise workbooks to support classroom hands-on system practice
- Produce SAP system simulations using SAP tool to support end user system adoption pre and post go-live
- Develop eLearning courses using simulation tools to support a blended learning approach
- Support Train the Trainer activities to ensure Power Users are prepared for End User training delivery, including the production and delivery of Knowledge Transfer material
- Where required, deliver training directly to End Users
