Description
WA Consultants is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract in Berkshire.
The successful applicant will support a key Data project for our client working within a broad IT based delivery team with multiple stakeholders.
Essential Competencies/Abilities:
- 2 or more years Business Analyst experience.
- Abstracting low- level information;
- Distinguishing requests vs needs;
- Distinguishing requirements vs. solutions;
- Classifying/prioritising requirements;
- Requirements change management and traceability;
- Applying creativity to solving complex problems;
- Effective verbal/written communication; experience in an industry domain.
- Experience dealing with customers at operational and executive level
Specialised:
- Experience working with Software Engineering teams and the software development life cycle and product release processes
- Experience implementing PM best practices concerning Software Engineering and customer interaction
