Developer in Test | Python | Wealth Management | TDD | BDD | Datamodelling | Shift Left Testing | Risk Based Testing | Contract | 6 months | Remote | £450 - £500 per day | Outside IR35
Method Resourcing have partnered with one of the largest wealth management companies globally, who're looking to hire a Python Developer in Test/Python Software Engineer who has an appreciation for shift left testing. This person will work closely with the existing engineering team and sit within the quantitative Datamodelling team.
The successful Developer in Test will have the following experience:
- Experience coding in Python
- Experience of Test Driven Developer and Behaviour Driven Development
- Experience of or an appreciation of shift left testing
- Interested in data/data engineering and perhaps has a degree in Mathematics, Physics etc
- Can perform Risk Based Testing (RBT)
- Experience of CI/CD and Azure DevOps is a nice to have
- Experience of creating robust test automation frameworks from scratch and is able to drive the implementation
