User Researcher - Customer Care - User Journey
My client a leading global blue chip business is looking for a User Researcher - Customer Care - User Journey to join their team based in West London on an initial 6 month contract.
- Capture, understand and manage user needs and insights gathered from research
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an understanding of complex features and business requirements
- Work with UX designers on prototypes used in testing Your experience
- Experience working on Customer Journeys more specifically in the Customer Care and support projects.
- Experience working within agile teams and a good understanding of agile processes.
- Very good attention to detail
- Experience understanding Digital/E-commerce systems and working in those environments would be a plus.
User Researcher - Customer Care - User Journey with a customer centric approach to design would be ideal.
User Researcher - Customer Care - User Journey would need to be available within two weeks.
