Senior TMS Implementation consultant Luxembourg 12 month contract.
Treasury Management System (TMS).
*We are looking for candidate in/around Luxembourg today ideally*
*Were looking for a TREASURTY implementation expert.
Someone who can help and advice the pro's and con's on platform implantation - someone with core background in this field.
Start 1-2 weeks.
Location; Luxembourg
Core Cash knowledge:
bank reporting, cash positioning and cash forecasting, payments (domestic/international), in-house banking, general ledger
Treasury knowledge:
FX, Investment/debt, multi-lateral netting in a multi-currency entity structure
Must have previous implementation experience
10+ years' related work experience
Ability to Mentor or Manage resource
The Sr. Implementation Consultant is responsible for the implementation of the high end TMS solution to meet the clients' needs for a portfolio of projects.
Capture and understand the clients' business needs, translates those needs into a configuration and information management strategy.
Bring technical expertise to the project and oversees the team of functional consultants in their delivery tasks during all phases of the implementation which include discovery, design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, management and results delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the Implementation of a web-based cash management software solution to transform the current Treasury function that is performed manually
Work collaboratively with assigned Sr. Project Manager in the delivery
Serve as liaison between client and internal software development team by creating business requirements documents for configuration and computer system mapping
Mentoring for more junior Functional consultants on the team
People Management responsibility for consultant(s) in team
Education, Experience and Skills:
4 + years' experience in both implementation and cash management required
Expertise with various aspects of treasury management and treasury technology measured with a significant volume of go-live successes for either FIS or ION TMS platform implementation
Client-focused orientation; able to analyze detailed customer issues
B.S. degree, preferably in Business Administration, required
Tenacious, methodical, disciplined, and process-oriented professional
Combines a strong personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must be able to balance diplomacy with strong internal and external influencing skills
Energetic, capable of working autonomously, thinking quickly on your feet, and being a fast learner
PLEASE NOTE;
Tax and Social Security requirements for Luxembourg
Please note; unless you have a Luxembourg set up you need to work via an umbrella company to pay tax and social security in country. We need this done from day one. Tax and social security is circa 24- 36% MAX, the umbrella company pay you direct into your bank every month and the take care of all administrative work - insurance/indemnity and so on. Simple, easy, legal and a must-do for EU contracts. You have nothing to do but the work you are contracted to do and send a timesheet at the end of the month. They charge 550 euros per month. This is a simple one-stop-shop and the best way to work legally in Luxembourg.
You can also register a UK (or other EU country) limited company in Luxembourg via an umbrella company and an A1 form - higher retention (higher take home for you), More like 76% but you will have to do your accounts and your Limited Company must be existing, ie you cannot create one especially to do this!.
