Do you have experience building documentation for external customer in a regulatory driven environment?

If so, then this could be the role for you!

The role
Support the Strategy and Marketing division through co-ordinating creation, changes and approvals for all customer facing documentation and various other communications.

Support Documentation Subject Matter experts to ensure documentation is high quality, customer centric and on brand.

Coordinate customer research for communications to check it achieves requirements set out by programme.

Copywrite, proof and grammar check documents as required

The experience you'll need

  • Knowledge and experience of Marketing, Print and mass produced systems generated Customer Communications.
  • Experience of Financial Promotions and the FCA regulatory environment, or experience in other regulated industry
  • Experience building high quality documentation tailored towards external customer
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders with differing opinions to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all
