Competency:
• Excellent expertise in Oracle OPM / Costing in R12.2 .8 version as a Functional Consultant.
• Exhaustive knowledge of Oracle Distribution and Procure to Pay cycle
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of English and country specific language.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting the UAT with End Users .
• Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good Customer management skills
• Coordinate with technical team
• Work closely with Technical team for UAT and Go Live issues / defects.
• Capability to trace back reported data issues and provide RCA for the same
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design on SCM area
• Ability to troubleshoot the issues in Custom extensions and sound knowledge of Oracle Apps configuration.
• Exposure to Procure to Pay Cycle.
Good to have
• Contribution to permanent ticket reduction, elimination, automation areas .
• Integration aspects to OA Finance modules
