We are currently recruiting for a Security Cleared, Application Architect to join a team to reinvent current systems as a born-on-the-cloud solution on AWS using an API driven approach. This project involves numerous agile teams working closely together to build a data services platform using leading edge DevOps techniques.
This is the ideal project if you are looking to enhance your Cloud Agile and DevOps experience.
Required Skills:
- Experienced with HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (ideally AngularJS) and responsive design
- Excitement about emerging web technologies and how to progressively use them in projects.
- Experience working in a devops environment eg Agile TDD CI Git
- Familiar with using a task runner eg Gulp/Grunt.
- Good understanding of Web Accessibility.
- Strong Java skills (ideally Java 1.8) Spring Boot Maven Git DevOps tooling. TDD CI agile experience preferred
- Desirable (non-essential requirements): Knowledge of message queuing (ideally RabbitMQ) Elastic Search (or SOLR) Experience with architectural design/microservices

Nice to have:
- React Bootstrap experience using CSS naming conventions particularly BEM and ITCSS.
