. Strong Functional Skills
. Maximo 7.6 experience
. BIRT
. MIF
. Automation Scripting
. WebSphere
. Migration
. PL/SQL (Oracle)
. In addition:
1. Ability to analyse data
2. Ability to talk to Business people to get agreements for how we deliver items
3. Ability to work on Integrations in Maximo
4. Ability to create and run data loading in Maximo
5. Ability to write/update Automation scripts in Maximo JavaScript
6. Knowledge of Maximo MBOs to understand what changes are being made.
7. Skills for trouble shoot the issues we may have and track down the source of the problem
