Programme Test Architect Manager - Contact Centre
William Alexander Consulting are currently looking for highly experienced Programme Test Architect Manager for a Transformation to a new cloud contact centre.
This is expected to be at least a 12 months programme of work paying market day rates depending on experience.
Essential Skills:
Must have Contact Centre experience
Experience working on large scale telephony or Omnichannel programmes
Experience with GDS (Government Digital Standard)
Experience with Digital Transformation
Must have 5 years of continuous employment in the UK for security clearance
