Description:
In urgent need of a resource that evaluates, suggest improvements/develops existing
programs and processes (20-30 hours a week)
? Review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose
improvements in the area of compensation and benefits.
? Suggest/Develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of compensation
and benefits.
? Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
? Have the compliance perspective
We are looking for a compensation and benefits senior consultant with experience
from international companies.
Skills:
? Problem solving: Review existing processes and programs and develop
processes/propose improvements in the area of compensation and benefits,
adapted to the Klarna culture.
? Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
