1. Product Management
Be truly obsessed about our customers, work hand-in-hand with client's stakeholders and the platform partner to build and drive the AI/ML vendor benchmarking product roadmap. Work closely with vendors and data scientist platform users to constantly evaluate their evolving needs, establishing a timeline for implementation of new functionality and features – tracking this backlog, planning and implementation with the platform partner on a daily basis. Drive success for the platform by ensuring the evolution of the AI/ML vendor benchmarking platform to meet the needs of the business through the ownership of internal user groups and co-creation with an enterprise-wide client's Data Science community. Support the product management of other potential products in the portfolio.

2. Product Growth
Build the product growth strategy for the client AI/ML vendor benchmarking platform, and in doing so define and take ownership of the KPIs for the platform’s success across the enterprise. Develop marketing materials to pitch the platform to different data science teams, build up a network of data science champions and run a series of campaigns to drive uptake of the platform against major data science initiatives. Collaborate closely with Communications to outline case studies of success from the platform and how to communicate these across channels. Identify creative ways to drive growth, work with different teams to expand the platform and further cement the vision of democratising access to information across clients.

3. Platform Operations
Identify and execute initiatives to remove barriers to adoption and friction in the user journey. Implement operational support services for all user administrative tasks on the platform to remove the burden on data science teams and encourage adoption. Tasks may include proactively sourcing vendors, maintaining communication with vendors, ensuring timely posting of vendor challenges and data availability, triaging vendor questions with relevant internal teams, ensuring completion and review of challenges, monitoring vendor benchmarking scores and creating communication around “top vendors in X category”. Facilitating vendor challenges and reducing time and effort of internal data science teams to vet vendors through challenges on the client AI/ML vendor benchmarking platform are critical to the success of the role.
