Details :
CYBER SECURITY OPS MANAGER
• Strong fundamentals in perimeter, end point & data security technologies
• Experience in working with cross domain technology towers for risk, exceptions, vulnerability and threat management
• Proven experience in managing SLAs and defining and implementing service improvement plans.
• knowledge in how security can be implemented in operating system, databases and applications
• Proficient in preparation of reports, metrics, dashboards, documentation
• Ability to respond to security incident and ability to write technical security procedures
• Team handling and customer management skills
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related IT field
• 12-15 years of IT security experience in operations
• Professional certification in IT security - CISSP/CISM/Any other Security certification will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Security Operations.
• Security Incident management and triaging
• Vulnerability remediation
• Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
• Client management experience with an urge for improving client satisfaction
• Responsible for team & vendor management, overall resource utilization & initiation of corrective action where required for Cyber Security Operations Center
• Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, Review policies & highlight the challenges if any in managing the agreed SLAs
• Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.& customer
• Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them
