Description

IT Support Analyst (Laptop / Mobile /ePos / VPN) required by my retail client in Hertfordshire on a 3 month initial contract as thy look for extra support for their growing team

This is a 3 month initial contract paying £140/day based on site in Hertfordshire and you ideally need to drive.

As this retail brand sees a massive uptick in sales they are going through a period of growth and project work. As such they need an IT support Analyst to help them with 1st and 2nd line support for their head office staff, remote users and POS in store

This role would suit someone who has experience working for a retailer who has experience with POS support and VPN experience. This is essential

Day to day duties will include:

? Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades

? Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

? Setting up accounts for new starters, ensuring that they know how to log in

? Solving password problems

? Interacting to end users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter

? Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware and POS faults

? Repairing equipment and replacing parts
