Details:
• Reporting and monitoring on KPIs including risk identification
• Drive developments and changes to KPIs. This will include specifying system changes for third party suppliers
• Create innovative analysis of datasets using existing and new tools and technologies.
• Engage with CIT Leadership Team to provide insights on performance within their teams
• Identify and support the development of process and service improvements
• Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.
• Be an active and positive member of the CIT Service Excellence Team
• Participate constructively and positively in team and other meetings to promote and support communication channels within CIT
