Job role :Workday prism report developer
Job description :
This role is to deliver reports out of Prism to enable continuity of the professional users to service the operational responsibilities.
· Design, build and test Prism reports meet the reporting requirements.
· Work with the security team to create security profiles for the reporting requirements
· Technical knowledge and experience with all forms of advanced Workday reporting and integrations (Matrix, Dashboards, Composite, XML/XSLT)
· Support with defects as required.
· Enable knowledge transfer to operational teams and provide ongoing support, whilst concurrently developing new reports.
Key skills
· Experienced in delivering multiple Prism reports for large scale project (preferably in HR projects)
· Prism certified
· Able to effectively use JIRA and the Google suite
· Manage a variety of stakeholders (business and IT)
· Detail-oriented whilst being conscious of the desired outcome
· Problem-solving
