Description
Our financial services client are looking for a Java developer with experience of Java development and integration with Opentext (OT ) Content Suite through both LAPI and Content Web Services the client are the process of upgrading its Systems from OT Content Suite 10.5 to OT Content Suite 16.2. This includes conversion of Java code from using LAPI to OT Content Web Services
The Consultant shall be primarily responsible for the conversion of Java code from using LAPI to Content Web Services on the desktop and server infrastructure, with a specific focus on the integration of the OT repository with other business applications
Project deliverables:
- Develop, maintain, administration and support of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) to the schedule as determined by the Project manager in conjunction with the Project Delivery Lead and Head of C&CS Product Services, as applicable.
- Document and record application architecture and integration points as appropriate
- Fault finding/performance analysis of the Content Suite infrastructure and its integrations liaising with DBAs, Network, Server, Architecture, Hosting and DevOps Teams
- Design, develop and update code modules currently running using LAPI to run within OT Content Suite using Java based web-services, Web Reports and LiveReports, including use of SQL and Oracle stored Procedures.
