Description

Our client is looking for a DLP Engineer with experience in Cloud services in London, UK. This is a 9 months contract role outside IR35.

Project Details:

Its a Cyber Security Data Loss Prevention program of work, to conduct analysis, do requirements mapping and implement/configure the tools including Azure Information Protection (AIP Unified Labelling) & Cloud DLP for MS Collaboration Services, Azure Platform and other MS cloud based applications.

Skills Required:

  • Experience of delivering to global organisations.
  • Experience of delivering to a cyber security programme of work with extensive experience in Data Loss Prevention.
  • Expertise in Microsoft DLP products and experience implementing them within major organisations.
  • Experience of delivering on large scale transformation projects; experts in delivering cloud computing services in global organisations.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in delivering DLP data classification controls within large organisations.
  • Expertise of delivering end-to-end Office 365 consulting services and developing custom Office 365-based collaboration solutions.
  • Services provider must have the ability to communicate to all levels of management and articulate business solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication, governance and business engagement model.
  • Certified credentials in DLP technologies and Cloud Services.
  • Many years of experience in a wide range of security tools & technologies, Cloud Security, Security Architecture modelling, Cloud security framework development etc.
  • Experience in conducting cloud security assessments against best practises/standards.
  • Strong experience in architecting/designing cloud DLP solutions for AIP, MS Azure, MS collaboration tools and Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience in Configuration/implementation of cloud DLP controls in MS Azure and Oracle Cloud.

Data Classification Tool Coverage (Upgrade from AIP to Unified Labelling for 45K users)

Automatic Enforcement of data classification including Unified Labelling Roll

Cloud DLP

Analysis for Cloud Collaboration Services (O365, SharePoint, MS Teams)

DLP for Azure Platforms

DLP for Cloud Applications (non collaboration)

Data Classification AIP

  • Upgrade of Azure Information Protection classic agent to Unified Labelling
  • Capturing, documenting and delivering requirements documentation/use cases
  • Mapping of capabilities, gaps and underlying issues.
  • Design documents for AIP unified labelling roll as per architecture standards.
  • Development of policies for unified labelling for automatic enforcement of classification.
  • Implementation and configuration of controls in pilot as well as production.
  • Deliver Service management documentation
  • Project artefacts to ensure smooth service transition
  • Configuration of Azure Rights Management
  • Weekly progress update reports.

Cloud DLP

  • Hybrid cloud environment. Full and comprehensive DLP current state assessment of the following 1) Microsoft
  • Cloud Collaboration Services2) MS Azure platform 3) Other SAAS cloud applications in use 4)
  • Oracle Cloud applications sitting as IAAS 5) Oracle SAAS applications.
  • Analysis of DLP control gaps
  • Capturing, documenting and delivering requirements documentation.
  • Mapping of capabilities, gaps and underlying issues to deliver a future state design.
  • Delivery of a gap analysis report with recommendations for remediation
  • Design of cloud DLP controls
  • Development, implementation and configuration of controls
  • Transition to BAU plan along with requirements for Service Management.
