LOCATION OF WORK: This is a fully remote working opportunity
THE ROLE:
An electronics/Embedded software consultancy requires an Embedded Software Engineer with Embedded C, Automotive and AUTOSAR experience to join its team.
You will be working on a new greenfield project for the automotive sector, where a small multidisciplined team has been assembled to purely focus on this product development.
With the ongoing covid-19 situation this will be a remote working role, but you should feel comfortable having online video conference calls as and when is required.
In the role you will be tasked with writing Embedded C code within an AUTOSAR environment.
The role will offer you the opportunity to take ownership of high-level requirements and then run with them to produce the relevant Embedded software code, working throughout the software life cycle.
With the amount of project work to do, it is likely that this role will be extended past the initial contract period.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Embedded C programming
- Automotive sector experience
- AUTOSAR experience
- Full software life cycle development
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- VectorCAST
- CAN-bus
