Cloudstream Global are looking for experienced x3 lead Linux/Ansible Tower Administrators to be the first point of escalation for all technical and process issues during transition phase of the programme.
Additional contract information:
- Duration of the contract: 6 months rolling
- Pay rate: Open for discussion
- Location: Remote/London
- Outside IR35 Contract
Key skills:
- Experience in installation, configuration and Administration of Ansible Tower.
- Experience in Logical components of the Ansible Tower
- Experience on RBAC configuration in Ansible Tower
- Experience in Ansible Playbook.
- Experience in creating Job Templates and schedule the Jobs in Ansible Tower.
- Experience of configure automation Jobs based on the Infrastructure requirement through playbook.
- Experience in Version control system(Git).
- Experience to integrate Ansible Tower with external repository like Bitbucket, Nexus etc..
- Knowledge and experience of Jenkins.
- Advanced Shell Scripting
- Patch management for Ansible Tower and Linux Servers
- Installation, configuration and administration of Satellite server.
- Performance tuning
- Knowledge in other Unix flavours
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule Changes coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures
- Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels
- Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his/her tower
- Follow quality/security process defined for the engagement
- Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents
- Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
- Work on the service improvement programs.
- Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects.
- Training of new team members.
- Work with project teams for activities such as new server build, OS upgrades, migrations etc
- Automation of tasks using Shell/Perl Scripting
