Programme Communications Lead - Remote/South West London
Prestigious South West London client requires an accomplished Programme Communications Lead to assist on a global transformation programme. You'll be part of a team shaping a new and different way of working, focused on delivering great outcomes and experiences through integrated operations. The Programme Communications Lead will take responsibility for all communications to the programme team, including programme newsletters and the internal portal as well as support the communications across the globe.
*Take responsibility for creating communications materials which are targeted to the audience and business/outcome focused as well as which build the brand, specifically across the global programme team
*Driving the senior stakeholder engagement plan working directly with leadership
*Identifying opportunities to communicate success through engagement with Market leads to build a bank of 'success stories' linked to the implementations
*Planning, prioritising and delivering various communication streams of work simultaneously including external. Support and champion key communications tools including MS Teams, SharePoint
Essential:
*Experience working in a global communications role with multiple change projects
*Experience managing communications for change transformation programmes
*Exposure to large-scale corporate projects
*Experience dealing with a significant and diverse number of employee audiences and stakeholders
*Demonstrable discretion and experience dealing with confidential information
*Ability to relate to, collaborate with and influence both senior and junior-level stakeholders
*Expertise in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Sharepoint
*Content management systems
*Understanding big organisation complexity
*Previous Programme Communications experience
