Scope Manager - Fully Remote

Eager to keep you in the loop on a new (and urgent) contract requirement for a Scope Manager position, working for a Govt Department (health tech).

The client is a Gov Department, who require a Scope Manager to work on a portfolio of projects, to bridge the gap between business and technology.

The day to day duties will include;

Perform business analysis and prepare technical plans.
Identify & evaluate technical solutions opportunities to address unmet needs (internal & external)
Take business problems, creating and analysing relevant information and outline technical solutions to solve these unmet needs (internal & external).
Liaise across all tech and non-technical departments as well as outside vendors; Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution delivery.
Manage product phase-in-phase-out plans, proactively anticipate gaps and overlaps
Transition solutions to technology delivery teams
