Description
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) to reinforce our Consultancy team. This offer concerns a unique opportunity for an experienced IT professional as it opens the door for working for a very interesting and challenging client project in Luxembourg.
Task description
- Propose appropriate KPIs and dimensions (effort, time, quality, risks, controls, costs) to quantify benefits of the P2P TOM vis-à-vis the current way of doing procurement at the client ( AS-IS )
- Propose KPIs from comparable public and private entities, IFIs, etc. from the supplier's clientele or industry standards for benchmarking
- Select and validate assumptions and variables for the extrapolation model
- Prepare baseline (AS-IS) based on input from the services
- Prepare and deliver an extrapolation model in support of the proposed KPIs
- Deliver a draft (structure, framework) of the full Business Case with quantifiable benefits for selected KPIs and dimensions
Job requirements:
- University degree and at least 11 years of experience.
- Understanding of procurement and purchasing principles and practice
- Demonstrated experience in P2P transformation projects in similar sized organisations (public or private)
- Experience with mathematical models for extrapolation of benefits with multiple variables
- Experience with international organizations;
- Oral communication in English, French skills would be a plus;
- Capacity to produce clear and concise documents, well-presented and in perfect working English.
