Project Manager (HRM) - contract
My client, an American owned organisation is currently embarking on a Global HRM Programme.
Made up of 3 regions UK & Europe, Canada & Brazil and Australia and New Zealand. They are just about to start an assessment phase where they will review all of the critical HR processes and start to look at the fit gap to the HRM processes to take any local requirements into the Global Design which is due to kick off in quarter 1 next year.
I am therefore looking for an experienced HRM Project Manager, ideally with a background of being involved with the delivery of a global HRM programme, or at the very least an HR background.
Our client works at pace therefore you will enjoy working in a fast paced, agile environment. You will have outstanding communication skills and an ability to work with all levels of stake holders.
You will have had previous budgetary control and experience of working in a complex environment.
This is a 6 month contract role initially with the opportunity to extend. Day rate is DOE and relevance to the role from a size and scope perspective.
