We currently have an opportunity for a Service Integration Professional with SIAM experience to work for a large media organisation on a Service Integration Project.
The successful applicant with have strong knowledge and experience of Service Integration processes and will be responsible for defining Scope of Work, core documentation including Service Operating Procedure, High Level Design and Application Installation Record. You will be responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer for the Service Desk, coordination of changes to ServiceNow, tracking and auditing projects and budget responsibilities.
We are looking to speak with individuals with SIAM experience who are detail orientated and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
