Client Reporting Analyst - Inside IR35

Based in London a Client Reporting Analyst is required on a contract basis to work with the Reporting Oversight team who work closely with Sales/Account Management and Global Markets Technology to provide management oversight and support for client reporting projects across all reporting platforms as well as act as a business resource to devise reporting solutions through the use of all available reporting tools, with emphasis on increasing efficiencies. Initial focus will be on Securities Finance reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Inventory and analyse unique client reporting deliverables and identify drivers behind the need for manual custom solutions
  • Lead research and analysis on data and functionality questions, applying focus to business context
  • Lead the analysis of custom client reporting requirements, the development of reporting solutions and the execution of reporting deliverables for local clients
  • Lead discussions with clients to define reporting requirements
  • Develop and grow expertise in all client reporting platforms
  • Develop and grow expertise in data structures that feed client reporting platforms
  • Track and monitor and analyse key metrics related to client reporting
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies in the delivery of client report requirements and to expand team capacity
  • Regulatory Reporting requirements
  • Assist with Reporting Queries - related to the reporting Data
  • Assist with transitions
  • Maintain statistic via a checklist

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of researching and analysing Data.
  • Proven experience of reporting platforms.
  • Strong Excel experience.
  • Investment banking experience.
  • Regulatory reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High comfort level with large volumes of data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills, that include the ability to build productive working relationships across teams and functions .
