We are looking for a Business Requirement Specialist (m/f/d) to reinforce our Consultancy team. This offer concerns a unique opportunity for an experienced IT professional as it opens the door for working for a very interesting and challenging client project in Luxembourg.
Task description
- Advise, review and enhance the quality of the Business Requirements delivered by the Business Directorates to enable the design of an IT solution;
- Assist in the development of detailed functional specifications;
- Liaise with the different IT teams involved in the project;
- Liaise with business product owner to ensure efficient communication between IT and business teams through the life cycle of the projects.
Job requirements:
- University degree and at least 11 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in managing IT projects in Lending - financial/banking environment;
- Analysing and documenting business requirements;
- Ensuring that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off;
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills;
- Coordinating project stakeholders in complex multi-stakeholders projects;
- Ensuring regular and accurate communication to stakeholders;
- Advising and actively assisting organizations in the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of complex projects.
- Experience in agile project management;
- Agile coaching/scrum master will be considered as a plus;
- Experience in the management of complex projects;
- Experience with international organizations;
- Oral communication in English, French skills would be a plus;
- Capacity to produce clear and concise documents, well-presented and in perfect working English.
