Next Ventures is urgently looking for a French speaking SAP ABAP HCM consultant for a role based in Belgium.
This role requires a fluent French speaker.
Scope:
The SAP solution in place at our client has a wide functional coverage: HR, FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, PP, CS, PM, WM, PLM, QM and is deployed in more than 50 companies located in Europe and the US KSA.
The role:
Ensure an active role in the maintenance and support of the SAP solution in place;
Interventions on incidents, change requests for projects and/or as part of a service center, as an Abap SAP technical consultant
Monitoring compliance with good development practices;
Design or propose technical solutions in collaboration with functional teams
Write technical specifications,
Develop technical solutions, according to the best practices recommended by the publisher
Perform and document unit tests,
Commit to and meet delivery deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality.
Skills required:
Masters in computer science or equivalent experience;
Experience of at least 10 years in a similar position;
Very good knowledge of development methods and practices
Very good knowledge of ABAP development and of the developer s "classic" objects: LSMW, User Exit, BadI, BAPI, Routines, Smartforms, ALVGRID sapscripts, idoc, query (HR), infotype (HR), JOBS, Batch input
A mastery of the HR functional module
Knowledge of the other functional modules (mainly: FI, CO, MM, SD, PS)
Knowledge of Adobe Forms is a plus,
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, ...) and the Office 365 environment is also a plus
Fluency in French and operational knowledge in English.
