Description
For a global operating client in India Next Ventures are currently looking for a Candidate that mandatorily needs to have Veeva CRM functional experience/knowledge and data migration hands-on experience from old Veeva to newer Veeva system.
Project is 100% Remote for 12 months.
High-level scope of services includes the following activities:
- Work as a PMO for business team on Veeva CRM program. Co-ordinate the efforts of the Business Project team
- Ensure weekly and monthly reporting of milestones and deliverables
- Help in co-ordinating all project team activities - maintain project plan and budget
- Ensure day to day co-ordination between various business stakeholders
- Facilitate and help co-ordination across regional and local teams
- Assess level of risks & impact to business (scale of change to prepare for). Contribute to activities for planning and risk mitigation
- Understand and suggest timelines based on short and long terms milestones identified in the rollout plan by IT team
- Step in to provide ad-hoc support eg data migration
