Description

For a global operating client in India Next Ventures are currently looking for a Candidate that mandatorily needs to have Veeva CRM functional experience/knowledge and data migration hands-on experience from old Veeva to newer Veeva system.

Project is 100% Remote for 12 months.

High-level scope of services includes the following activities:

  • Work as a PMO for business team on Veeva CRM program. Co-ordinate the efforts of the Business Project team
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reporting of milestones and deliverables
  • Help in co-ordinating all project team activities - maintain project plan and budget
  • Ensure day to day co-ordination between various business stakeholders
  • Facilitate and help co-ordination across regional and local teams
  • Assess level of risks & impact to business (scale of change to prepare for). Contribute to activities for planning and risk mitigation
  • Understand and suggest timelines based on short and long terms milestones identified in the rollout plan by IT team
  • Step in to provide ad-hoc support eg data migration
