I am currently working with a leading IT service provider who looking a SC Cleared Network Consultant to work onsite in Portsmouth. This role is initially 2 months but will likely turn into a lengthy opportunity.
The Role:
Cisco Nexus 9332C Spine and Leaf network design and implementation. 2 networks (secret and official sensitive). Each network will have 2 x 9332C in a management cab, will then have 4 x 48 port leaf Switches (2 in each rack) supporting a total of 16 VxRail nodes, 2 management Servers and a KVM. The secret network will be SFP+ and the official sensitive will be Base-T.
Key Skills:
- Design and Deployment of Cisco Nexus Data Centre technologies
- An understanding of Cisco Data Centre products, such as Nexus, 2k, 5k, 7k, 9k
- Network Change Control
- Configuration and deployment of Cisco Catalyst Switches
- Solution implementation
- Knowledge of VMware NSX and Cisco integration
