Global Enterprise Partners are currently looking for a Transition Manager to join an international client with project based in South Korea.
Transition Manager
A Transition Manager to transform FTE positions to one of the Global hubs.
- 5+ years' experience in related activities
- Experienced with Shared Service Centre activity
- Has a strong Finance background: ie understand Finance processes and 'speaks the language of the controller'
- Experience in Back Office transitions in Finance
- Fluent in English and Korean required
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong communicator
- Project management and organisational skills
- Capable to drive the delivery in transition
