Description

An SC Cleared Atlassian Consultant (Jira & Confluence SME) is required by our client to start ASAP until March 2021. For this contract, you will need an active SC Clearance to transfer (Must have been used in the last 6 months). The Atlassian Consultant (Jira & Confluence SME) will be required to have expert knowledge of Jira/Confluence and the Atlassian suite of tools.

SC Cleared Atlassian Consultant (Jira & Confluence SME) responsibilities

  • Lead JIRA and Confluence upgrades, coordinate maintenance, and lead performance optimisation
  • JIRA workflow and projects
  • Explore, evaluate, and implement add-ons, plugins and extensions to JIRA/Confluence
  • Support JIRA and Confluence access control, usage monitoring, account and performance management
  • Develop training material & conduct training for employees on JIRA and Confluence
  • Establish performance metrics to assist in identifying collaborative efficiency improvement
