Required - Senior Workforce Information Officer
Contract type - 8 weeks
Location - Lancashire
Day rate - £227.70pd Inside IR35
I am currently working with client based in Lancashire who are looking to take on board an experienced Senior Workforce Information Officer for an initial 2 month contract. The role will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and proactive workforce and education data service to the organisation ensuring the provision of highly specialist and professional support and guidance on data management, manipulation, analysis and information presentation.
The suitable candidate will:
*Be competent in workforce ESR systems and Business Intelligence reporting, also using Excel to running, filtering, pivoting data and designing reports.
*Be running reports from ESR such as starters, leavers, sickness absence, vacancy rates, turnover etc. and feeding into our corporate reporting.
*Be producing internal Divisional and Board reports on all HR metrics above.
*Need an understanding of the organisations staff groups and categories and establishment control within ESR.
*Have reporting and had leadership and management experience over a workforce data team.
*Have 2 direct reports.
