Project Co-ordinator - Swedish Speaker - Contract/Freelance - Solna
Robson Bale are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to come on board for an initial 3 month contract in Solna.
3 months initially but will extend, market rate
This role requires candidates to be on-site
Candidates Must Speak Swedish for this role
The role:
- Schedules
- project plans
- action logs
- decision logs and decision forums - including project meeting forums, are constantly updated and in sync.
- Decision documents
- risk logs
- action logs
- meeting notes
Requirements:
- previous experience of having worked in project form and with advantage in complex projects.
- Experience in work in project form, or equivalent.
- Good and documented ability to run and/or coordinate activities or projects, high level of knowledge in excel and Powerpoint.
- Very structured and analytical person with a great personal drive and very good ability to work together, who can flexibly take on different tasks and change focus when needed.
