Description
• Expert-level ability to program and develop within the Programmable Logic Controller,• Responsible for programming assembly lines,
• Robotic devices, or other manufacturing processes using programmable logic controllers (PLC),
• Experiences with Client-Server Architectures and the challenges of secure data transmission between the components,
• Experience providing customer support and resolution of technical issues,
• Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills,
• Experience in System and Business processes around Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA),
• Ability to work in a Global team to implement standard solutions,
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, knowledge of programmable logic controllers, electrical systems, and process control systems are required,
• Proven ability to work to project deadlines and budgets,
• Experienced with Siemens (Wincc flex, TIA) Beckhoff controls (TwinCAT), Phoenix, Mitshbishi, VIPA,
• Strong knowledge and experience with TCP/IP and OPC (UA) communication,
• Production process experience,
• Maintenance experience 1st level,
• Automation technology expert,
• English language is mandatory, and local languages according to the locations (Germany, Czech, Poland).
