Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Oracle Apps Financial Consultant
- Working on Oracle Applications EBS-R12 Financials in AP, AR, GL, FA & CE Modules
- Provide release note documentation and user training for users as needed.
- Resolving issues in Oracle Applications.
- Configuring setups & detail transactions flow knowledge for Finance modules with customized environment.(interfaces, inbound/outbound).
- Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement an end to end solution across all business areas.
- Follow task/assignment tracking process defined.
- Respond to incidents, service requests and enhancement requests in a timely manner to ensure business process continuity and customer satisfaction
- Discuss with Technical teams & DBA on on-going issues and resolving the same
- Lead Conference Room Pilot and other testing with Business Users to validate system and process solutions
- Lead and coach junior members in the team
- Initiate change requests, create test scripts, and execute the necessary testing using established methodology and tools to ensure quality system releases to cover SLA target.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Order Fulfilment and other process organizations as necessary, to identify solutions to complex issues.
- Good Learning approach from EBS R12 towards Cloud financial in upcoming years.
